We are seeking a Certified Nurses Assistant to join our team!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your job will be to provide basic care to patients and assist with daily living activities, dress wounds, administer medications, and collect information from patients. You’ll work with registered nurses and other medical staff to improve the quality of life for people with short- and long-term medical conditions.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
  • Assist in the transport of patients
  • Provide companionship and basic care to patients
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Arizona. Current Caregiver certification is a plus!
  • Current and valid CPR and first aid certification.
  • One (1) year of experience in a nursing home or senior living facility.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical software systems
  • Must be able to successfully pass fingerprint clearance , background check and drug test.
