As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your job will be to carry out assigned nursing procedures for the comfort and wellbeing of the patients. You’ll work with registered nurses and other medical staff to improve the quality of life for people with short- and long-term medical conditions. Positions are valley-wide and include Tempe, Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa.

Responsibilities

The LPN functions under general supervision and direction of the Registered Nurses, Director of Nursing, and the Chief Executive Officer to:

  • Assess the needs of patients and initiates, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care.
  • Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care.
  • Maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
